Clinical decision support only. This application does not diagnose and does not make final clinical decisions. Final triage responsibility rests with the reviewing urologist.

Guideline precedence: CUA first, AUA where no CUA guideline exists, EAU where neither addresses the topic. Citations come only from loaded reference documents.
Access: Authenticated staff only. Roles are assigned by an administrator; administrative staff can upload referrals but cannot confirm triage decisions.

Sessions time out after 15 minutes of inactivity and require re-authentication. Every action is recorded in the activity log.
