Guideline precedence

CUA first, then AUA, then EAU. Citations are drawn only from guideline documents loaded by an administrator — never from live web retrieval.

Red-flag escalation

Torsion, gross painless haematuria, obstructive kidney injury, urosepsis, priapism, cord compression, and genitourinary trauma escalate immediately and cannot be bulk-confirmed.

Auditability

Every upload, view, confirmation, override, export, and deletion is recorded in an append-only log with identity and timestamp.
